Garment OEM Process

A、Product Evaluation
We have an in-house team of specialized developers who can drafts for you, ranging from hand-drawn sketches to existing garment samples. All the drafts will be continuously adjusted by our team of designers to pursue the quality you desire.
B、Quotation and Deposit Payment
The charges for samples and fees will vary depending on the style. For this matter, we kindly ask you to contact our sales representatives for further discussion and clarification.
C、Pattern Making and Cutting
Our garment factory has a rapid pattern-making process and extensive cutting experience, allowing us to efficiently utilize fabric yardage and minimize waste during production.
D、Order Production
We offer high flexibility in collaboration, providing lower minimum order quantities while also having the capacity to produce quantities ranging from 100 to 10,000 pieces. Our expertise extends to various product categories, including functional outerwear, T-shirts, Polo shirts, and other items.

Lamination Contract Manufacturing

We use solvent-free PUR laminating machines, which are environmentally friendly compared to traditional adhesives. The laminated fabrics exhibit rapid initial strength and high bonding strength after curing. Throughout the production process, we refrain from using organic solvents, thereby eliminating the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Equipment Specifications: Two lamination production lines capable of pairing with various woven and knitted fabrics.
Monthly Production Capacity: 1,000,000 meters per line.
Fabric Characteristics: Windproof, waterproof, moisture-wicking, breathable, and dustproof.
